I liked it, and thought it was very interesting. I'd like to see the final cut, as well; of that, and of Ridley Scott's other seminal sci-fi classic, Alien.

A movie that is, subconsciously, about homosexual rape. At least, that's what Cracked.com says...

Never saw the movie. I suppose I'm more discouraged in seeing it.

That site is so full of BS, man.

Cracked was so much better as its initial incarnation as a mediocre humor magazine from 1958-2004.

Yes, now it is simply a liberalist indoctrination vehicle veiled in hipsterisms.

The world is charged with the grandeur of God.
    It will flame out, like shining from shook foil;
    It gathers to a greatness, like the ooze of oil
Crushed. Why do men then now not reck his rod?
Generations have trod, have trod, have trod;
    And all is seared with trade; bleared, smeared with toil;
    And wears man's smudge and shares man's smell: the soil
Is bare now, nor can foot feel, being shod.

And for all this, nature is never spent;
    There lives the dearest freshness deep down things;
And though the last lights off the black West went
    Oh, morning, at the brown brink eastward, springs —
Because the Holy Ghost over the bent
    World broods with warm breast and with ah! bright wings.

Way of the Dragon (1972)

Bruce Lee vs. Chuck Norris in the finale, plus hilariously bad dubbing throughout.

Miami Connection (1987)

Awesomely bad and unintentionally hilarious, yet oddly watchable.
Christus vincit, Christus regnat, Christus imperat.

A Walk Among the Tombstones with Liam Neeson. Meh.

TIL that Liam Neeson was once working as a school teacher in Northern Ireland when a student tried to stab him, so he punched the student in the face and got fired.

Liam Neeson is Liam Neeson in real life!

Love & Friendship

Was it good? I'm a fan of Whit's work, but he just doesn't have the editing polish to make commercially successful movies.
