Starting August 30, 2014, Little Shepherd Cuisine outside of Shepherdstown, WV  needs a new pastry chef, cook and or dishwasher hired.  Shepherdstown, WV is about 50 mins from Front Royal, VA and 40 minutes from Frederick, MD.

What is needed is someone who appreciates traditional european cooking, especially desserts, who is disciplined and will follow directions to continue making the recipes as they have been made for hundreds of years, without innovation. 
The focus is on German, French, Swiss and Polish desserts and entrees for lunch or dinner. 

The owner is an especially hardworking kind person who encourages employees to discuss and defend the Catholic faith as much as possible, even while working, so long as it does not slow their productivity. Nearby Shepherdstown is a beautiful Latin Mass priory of the Canons regular of New Jerusalem located only 15 minutes away. The priest of the priory is a former SSPX priest trained in Econe switzerland during the late 70's and early 80's. All sermons at the mass emulate closely the models given in the writings of the Fathers and Doctors of the Church.
