It's hard to come across certain works of say, Billuart or Hugon, even at university libraries.
There's some Hugon on Liberius: http://liberius.net/auteur.php?id_auth=25 (Liberius is nice ∵ its PDFs are OCRed with ABBYY FineReader.)
Some Billuart is on Archive.org: https://archive.org/search.php?query=billuart (also nice ∵ OCRed with ABBYY FineReader)

I recently spent the $30.00 and would say it's well worth it. The files are readable from a tablet so for me that makes it very convenient.

This looks like an old post. Is this deal still available?

New titles haven't been added since 2014, but it seems to be working.
Padre Pio: Pray, hope, and don't worry. Worry is useless. God is merciful and will hear your prayer.

I just tried logging into my Catholic Archive account, and it timed out.
In the meantime, you can check out the St. Isidore e-book library, which has some of the same books, as well as these yet-to-be-cataloged books.
