FS: Fr. Faber Books, Incomplete Set
« on: March 31, 2014, 08:35:30 AM »
Set is INCOMPLETE and mismatched. Two vintage copies:

The Foot of The Cross and
The Precious Blood

All the rest newer TAN copies:

The Blessed Sacrament
Bethlehem
All For Jesus
Growth in Holiness
Spiritual Conferences

NOT INCLUDED (because I don't have it) is The Creator and the Creature. All copies are paperback, and are in excellent condition: no cracked bindings, marks, or wrinkled/bent pages. The cover of The Blessed Sacrament has been covered in clear shipping tape for added protection. Asking $50 plus shipping for the set. If there's no interest in the set in a few weeks or so, I'll break up the set if requested.

Just posted this set for sale on another forum. I'll update the thread with any changes in availability.

Hey! Sometimes things sell here...  ::)
In conclusion, I can leave you with no better advice than that given after every sermon by Msgr Vincent Giammarino, who was pastor of St Michael’s Church in Atlantic City in the 1950s:

“My dear good people: Do what you have to do, When you’re supposed to do it, The best way you can do it,   For the Love of God. Amen.”

You need to bump your threads and update them.  Then I can take a new look at them and decide.

The hardest part is I already have soooo many books for my little house.

There are at least 2 books I really want:

The Soul of the Apostolate.  My marked and dog eared copy has been missing for a long time.
The Whole Truth About Fatima, Volumes 1 and 4.
"What Catholics once were, we are. If we are wrong, then Catholics through the ages have been wrong.
We are what you once were. We believe what you once believed.
We worship as you once worshipped. If we are wrong now, you were wrong then. If you were right then, we are right now".
