Do you know roughly how much it pays?  I already have a job but it never hurts to look around.

No.  I'd guess $15-$17 with benefits.  But the main advantage is getting in at the bottom rung.  You show up with a good work ethic and you advance.  You go from assistant, to lease operator, to supervisor, then superintendent.  The last will probably be over 6 figures.

But you have to learn the ropes.  College degree is not required.  Just common sense and hard work.

Also, Stillwater is not far from the FSSP church in Edmond.  Don't know about Ohio, but I believe it has a pretty good supply of TLMs.

No one knows about this company, but this is the guy that launched Chesapeake.  He was flamboyant, and likes to spend money, but he is a genius with business.  He just picked up a lot of the Utica a few days ago  right when natural gas prices are recovering.  IF they stay high, he is going to be very successful.  If not, he'll probably stay in business or it might fail.

Still, it's a great opportunity to get good experience and start networking.  Since no one knows about this company, it should up the odds on getting hired.  And people who have IT or HR experience should also take a look at the other jobs offered.
