Health, you are what you eat
« on: December 14, 2020, 05:47:05 PM »
Our diet is so important and yet so many people, myself included, mismanage it terribly. A co-worker's father died yesterday. Yes, he had covid but he was on oxygen because his lungs were damaged from the RA medicine he was given (RA - caused by inflammation (caused by poor diet). I heard on Saturday that a dear friend's husband has MS. Dr Wahl has treated that successfully by diet (Wahl's Protocol) but my friend's husband is being treated with an experimental new drug. Each dose costs 20K?! We lost a friend 3 years ago from complications due to diabetes (insulin resistance (bad diet)).

What a waste.
In conclusion, I can leave you with no better advice than that given after every sermon by Msgr Vincent Giammarino, who was pastor of St Michael’s Church in Atlantic City in the 1950s:

“My dear good people: Do what you have to do, When you’re supposed to do it, The best way you can do it,   For the Love of God. Amen.”
