Are FSSP priests are ordained according to the old rite, or the new rite? Anyone know?

I thought it was the old rite for priests, but by bishops consecrated using the new Pauline ordinal, which is backwards. Pius XII in an apostolic constitution Sacramentum Ordinis gave a form essential for a priest which the new rite has except for a word 'ut' or 'so that' while for consecration a lot more is lacking. My inexpert supposition is that the new rite for priests is sufficient, but it isn't clear for bishops under the new rite.
Padre Pio: Pray, hope, and don't worry. Worry is useless. God is merciful and will hear your prayer.
