There are lots of non bank lenders in Dallas who do small business lending, invoice factoring and secured lending to business.

They use big data approaches.  That is a good career to get into because it is a whole new sector opening up.  Robotic decision making based on tons of Data.  Affects lots of things like compliance, transfer pricing, profitability forecasting valuation of debt portfolios etc.

Nobody has much "experience" because it is all new.
