Heres one:

"ford every stream"
Stay away from the near occasion of sin

Unless one is deeply attached to the Blessed Virgin Mary, now in time, it impossible to attain salvation.

I know this one, but I still can't figure out James's.  :-\

I Google'd this one, and I think we have strong differing opinions on chick flicks.....

Pride and Prejudice is not a chick flick?  This would be the scene where the girl runs into the guy she's fighting with up at his palace.  I had to perform CPR on my wife after that scene.

OK, good, now I can move on to this one:

Heres one:

"ford every stream"

The Sound of Music!

Here's one:

"But Aunt, I don't smoke cigars!"
"No. But a man does!"
"Make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is come to life again; he was lost, and is found."

IF I speak with the tongues of men, and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

This fell flat.  I'll throw out my last one:

"Take me to the *** ****, my husband."  (title of the movie is blacked out).  Unfortunately there were a couple of movies made on this, so this might pertain to only one edition.

Forgive this necropost, but chick flicks are what's called cruel and usual punishment.
Padre Pio: Pray, hope, and don't worry. Worry is useless. God is merciful and will hear your prayer.

Here's one:

"Why didn't you write?"

"I wrote you 365 letters!"
"And what use are the victories on the battlefield if we are ourselves are defeated in our innermost personal selves?" - St. Maximilian Kolbe

Providence is a present mystery by which our hope is confirmed and our faith solidified, if we give not into despair or disbelief.

From the ultimate "Chick Flick" movie:
"Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn!"
Not a dry eyed girl in the whole audience.
"The World Must Conform to Our Lord and not He to it." Rev. Dennis Fahey CSSP

"My brothers, all of you, if you are condemned to see the triumph of evil, never applaud it. Never say to evil: you are good; to decadence: you are progess; to death: you are life. Sanctify yourselves in the times wherein God has placed you; bewail the evils and the disorders which God tolerates; oppose them with the energy of your works and your efforts, your life uncontaminated by error, free from being led astray, in such a way that having lived here below, united with the Spirit of the Lord, you will be admitted to be made but one with Him forever and ever: But he who is joined to the Lord is one in spirit." Cardinal Pie of Potiers
