The Vatican has had its lights off for awhile now. I don't know when they first went off, but someone in a chatroom I'm in drew my attention to it earlier, and I've been watching off and on to see if they have come back. Not yet.
Forget this. I talked to someone who has contacts in Rome. Lights are on, camera contrast at night is messed up.
