Like that is going to work. ::)

What about Gary Michael's Lenten Cruises?

Condoms are ok if its gay

As our ultra traditional German Shepherd Ratzinger once said, they can be a great "first step!"

Quote from: LausTibiChriste on April 11, 2024, 08:29:42 AMThere's a host of these e-thot web whores who are posting this and it's basically a psyop.

Either very poor judgement or a psyop IMO.

If sincere that is good, but she should not be posting anymore pictures of herself online after such a life and definitely not using her name. It should be with an anonymous name to tell her story and warn others, no need for the pictures either.

So she's posted pictures of herself, announced she was in the adult industry and that those pictures and videos are likely still plastered all over the internet and used her name... you know, for anyone to search just a click away and the nature of the article is so that it will reach an audience they would otherwise not reach.

Either a psyop or very ignorant. I would be careful before sharing such articles IMO.

God Bless

She is also using the same Twitter handle that was her porn username.

@TheMistressB

A truly clean break would've entailed deleting and using another one.

One can guess what happens when that handle is Googled.

I remember on Catholic Twitter when this initially broke and this was brought up. She said her priest told her not to change the username until after she was baptized/confirmed, so people who searched her would see she is leaving the life for something better.

Haven't really kept up with it.

Quote from: Bonaventure on May 08, 2024, 05:24:03 PM@Gardener , that could be, but she still hasn't changed it.

Yeah, not sure.

Maybe Laus will ask her why. I'm sure it would be 100% diplomatic.  ::)

I did see some backlash with people saying, yeah must be nice bing loaded with cash, I would be at peace too if I didnt have to struggle to pay bills working a dead end job.  Understandable.

When we compare this to the life of St. Mary of Egypt, it is difficult to not to see the differences. But only God knows what is in her heart. If it is a genuine conversion, that is wonderful for her, regardless of the fact it was announced in poor taste. However, if it is just a rebranding of an online image of an aging prostitute, well... God will judge that, not me.

Quote from: josh987654321 on April 11, 2024, 10:36:40 PMI wonder too, considering she doesn't appear to be in the age group for that industry anymore, whether she is trying a new tactic to get publicity, extending her 'shelf life' so to speak and collect more on royalties from content already on the internet from times past.

I'd hate to slander her if I'm wrong, but given the poor judgement here with that article, I can't rule such a psyop out. Totally foolish errors in that article IMO, the enemy is cunning, very cunning.

Very little money is made from these sites.

The money is made from people who pay membership to these sites.

I also do not know why the mention of slander.

QuoteSlander is the attributing to another of a fault of which one knows him to be innocent.

Quote from: Greg on April 11, 2024, 10:48:28 PMI don't know much about the economics of web cam porn but I don't think that would be much of a business strategy.  Not sure they get "royalties".

They're nominal at best.

As a sucker for conversions, I hope this is legit.  And there is evidence that this is different from the wave of e-thots "converting", usually to protestantism.

Quote"I have decided to quit sex work. To repent of my innumerable sins. To give up my life of sin, wealth, vice, and vain self-obsession," she wrote. "This is a humbling experience, and one that I know may be mocked or questioned by many. I am giving up all my income and turning my life over to Christ."

"Unlike any Protestant church I had ever gone to as a child, the crucifix was always right there in your face. His gift to us was always plain to see as soon as I entered a church," Solstad said. "In Sorrento, I noticed the Virgin Mary on street corners all over the place. I felt like Mary was calling me in the strangest way. From there, Florence and Rome became a whirlwind of kneeling, praying, and asking questions about the theology behind the best artwork in the world.

"I hated my job. I felt disgusting and guilty for the work I had been doing for a decade. I couldn't stop thinking of all the things that I had done and all the lives I negatively affected ... ."

"I spoke to a priest at length, and that's when everything really changed," she recalled. "When he said God loved me, it felt like a shower of white warm lights cascading down on me from above."

"While lucrative, living in this lifestyle is very isolating and includes constant lying to others and to yourself," she said.

"There's such a richness in the faith ... but what has ripped my heart into pieces the most is the Eucharist. Jesus is physically present in the Eucharist in every Catholic church in the world," she said. "My life will never be the same."

"This tremendous relationship affects every aspect of my life and has improved ... well, everything," she said.

"I used to brag on social media about my exploits, and now I pray for myself and for others. I used to be a wretched, horrible sinner, and I'm still that, but I've been given the sacrament of confession and washed clean," she said.

She is certainly going to tick off the Prots with those statements.

And now the negative side.  She's the perfect age to pull a stunt.  I warn about this in my book, especially for late-launching Trad dudes, that they will be sitting ducks for women "who had my fun, ready to settle down".  It happens when the hussies get older, around 30, and realize that attention from men is waning.  So they discover their "faith" and try to lock down a chump.  This could be what is going on.

With this phenomenon going on, we're going to need a new Inquisition.  Due to female modesty, we'll be needing a female Inquisitor.  I nominate Diaduit, though we'll have to put limits on her when she puts the hussies to the questioning.
"But he that doth not believe, is already judged: because he believeth not in the name of the only begotten Son of God (Jn 3:18)."
