? About The Practice of Mental Prayer and of Perfection

I was going to ask for these for Christmas, but after a little research I saw that the whole set comprises five or six volumes (depending on the edition, I think), and that lulu.com only offered two. Since each volume seems to be at least 300+ pages, my first thought, that all of the volumes were re-printed as only two volumes, can't be right. There's no point in getting just the first 2 volumes, right?

Can anyone direct me to a source for volumes 3-5 (or 3-6)? I've searched Internet Archive, both for the English translation and for the original French edition, and no luck.
