In conclusion, I can leave you with no better advice than that given after every sermon by Msgr Vincent Giammarino, who was pastor of St Michael's Church in Atlantic City in the 1950s:

    "My dear good people: Do what you have to do, When you're supposed to do it, The best way you can do it,   For the Love of God. Amen"

Maybe it would be a good idea to re-consecrate the forum to the Sacred Heart of Jesus?

This year the feast of the Sacred Heart is on Friday, June 11.  This coming Friday.

How will the consecration be done? Is a member of the Clergy needed to perform the consecration?

There is a consecration prayer that Kaesekopf posted on this first post of this thread back in 2013.  Back then he just asked the members to pray the consecration prayer on the feast of the Sacred Heart.  So I guess we'd do the same on the feast this year, this coming Friday.  Here's a link back to the first post of the thread with the consecration prayer.  Thanks TheSaintsAreComing.

Edit to add;

I must say that it is a beautiful consecration prayer.

QuoteMost sweet Jesus, Redeemer of the human race, look down upon us humbly prostrate before Thine altar [if not in a church, replace "before Thine altar" with "in Thy presence"]. We are Thine, and Thine we wish to be; but, to be more surely united with Thee, behold each one of us freely consecrates himself today to Thy most Sacred Heart.
Many indeed have never known Thee; many too, despising Thy precepts, have rejected Thee. Have mercy on them all, most merciful Jesus, and draw them to Thy sacred Heart. Be Thou King, O Lord, not only of the faithful who have never forsaken Thee, but also of the prodigal children who have abandoned Thee; grant that they may quickly return to Thy Father's house lest they die of wretchedness and hunger.
Be Thou King of those who are deceived by erroneous opinions, or whom discord keeps aloof, and call them back to the harbor of truth and unity of faith, so that there may be but one flock and one Shepherd.
Be Thou King of all those who are still involved in the darkness of idolatry or of Islamism, and refuse not to draw them into the light and kingdom of God. Turn Thine eyes of mercy towards the children of the race, once Thy chosen people: of old they called down upon themselves the Blood of the Savior; may it now descend upon them a laver of redemption and of life.
Grant, O Lord, to Thy Church assurance of freedom and immunity from harm; give peace and order to all nations, and make the earth resound from pole to pole with one cry: "Praise be to the divine Heart that wrought our salvation; to it be glory and honor for ever." Amen.

Thanks for the reminder, Lynne :)

Day off tomorrow so I am going (God willing) to First Friday devotions. Been too long, here in Canada with our lockdowns.

I am going to get the five first Saturdays done before year end.  No reason to put it off.

Excellent idea, MAXIM! I did not realize that there are only 5 months left to the end of the year! WOW! Time really goes by way too fast.
Perfect timing! :thumbsup:  I agree with you.
May Our Lady help you get it done.
God Bless you! :pray3:
