. . . There  is  an  old  saying  in  medicine  that  "the  cure  may  be  worse  than  the  disease."  The  phrase  can  be  applied  to  vaccines.  In  the  current  paper  the  concern  is  raised  that  the  RNA  based  COVID  vaccines  have  the  potential  to  cause  more  disease  than  the  epidemic  of  COVID-19.  This  paper  focuses  on  a  novel  potential  adverse  event  mechanism  causing  prion  disease  which  could  be  even  more  common  and  debilitating  than  the  viral  infection  the  vaccine  is  designed  to  prevent.  While  this  paper  focuses  on  one  potential  adverse  event  there  are  multiple  other  potential  fatal  adverse events as discussed below.Over the last two decades there has been a concern among certain scientists that prions could be used as bioweapons. More recently there  has  been  a  concern  that  ubiquitous  intracellular  molecules  could  be  activated  to  cause  prion  disease  including  Alzheimer's  disease, ALS and other neurodegenerative diseases. This concern originates  due  to  potential  for  misuse  of  research  data  on  the  mechanisms by which certain RNA binding proteins like TDP-43, FUS  and  others  can  be  activated  to  form  disease  causing  prions.  The  fact  that  this  research,  which  could  be  used  for  bioweapons  development, is funded by private organizations including the Bill and  Melinda  Gates  Foundation,  and  Ellison  Medical  Foundation  [2]  without  national/international  oversight  is  also  a  concern.  In  the  past,  for  example,  there  were  prohibitions  for  publishing  information pertaining to construction of nuclear bombs.Published data has shown that there are several different factors that can contribute to the conversion of certain RNA binding proteins including TDP-43, FUS and related molecules to their pathologic states. These RNA binding proteins have many functions and are found in both the nucleus and the cytoplasm. These binding proteins have amino acid regions, binding motifs that bind specific RNA sequences.  Binding  to  certain  RNA  sequences  when  the  proteins  are in the cytoplasm is believed to causes the molecules to fold in certain ways leading to pathologic aggregation and prion formation in the cytoplasm [2]. The current analysis indicates Pfizer's RNA based COVID-19 vaccine contains many of these RNA sequences that have been shown to have high affinity for TDP-43 or FUS and have the potential to induce chronic degenerative neurological diseases.Zinc binding to the RNA recognition motif of TDP-43 is another mechanism leading to formation of amyloid like aggregations [9]. The viral spike protein, coded by the vaccine RNA sequence, binds ACE2 an enzyme containing zinc molecules [8]. This interaction has  the  potential  to  increase  intracellular  zinc  levels  leading  to  prion disease. The initial binding could be between spike proteins on  the  surface  of  the  cell  transfected  by  the  vaccine  and  ACE2  on  the  surface  of  an  adjacent  cell.  The  resulting  complex  may  become  internalized.  Alternatively,  the  interaction  could  initially  take place in the cytoplasm of a cell that makes ACE2 and has been transfected  with  the  vaccine  RNA  coding  for  the  spike  protein.  The interaction is quite concerning given the belief that the virus causing COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2, is a bioweapon [10,11] and it is possible that the viral spike protein may have been designed to cause prion disease.Another related concern is that the Pfizer vaccine uses a unique RNA  nucleoside  1-methyl-3'-pseudouridylyl  (?). According  to FDA briefing documents, this nucleoside was chosen to reduce activation  of  the  innate  immune  system  [12].  RNA  molecules  containing this nucleoside will undoubtedly have altered binding [13]. Unfortunately, the effect on TDP-43, FUS and other RNA binding  proteins  is  not  published.  The  use  of  this  nucleoside  in  a vaccine can potentially enhance the binding affinity of RNA sequences  capable  of  causing  TDP-43  and  FUS  to  assume  toxic  configurations. There are many other potential adverse events that can be induced by the novel RNA based vaccines against COVID-19. The vaccine places  a  novel  molecule,  spike  protein,  in/on  the  surface  of  host  cells. This spike protein is a potential receptor for another possibly novel infectious agent. If those who argue that the COVID-19 is actually a bioweapon are correct, then a second potentially more dangerous virus may be released that binds spike protein found on the host cells of vaccine recipients. Data is not publicly available to provide information on how long the vaccine RNA is translated in  the  vaccine  recipient  and  how  long  after  translation  the  spike  protein  will  be  present  in  the  recipient's  cells.  Such  studies  pertaining to in vivo expression will be complex and challenging. Genetic diversity protects species from mass casualties caused by infectious  agents.  One  individual  may  be  killed  by  a  virus  while
Volume 5 | Issue 1 | 3 of 3Microbiol Infect Dis, 2021another may have no ill effects from the same virus. By placing the identical receptor, the spike protein, on cells of everyone in a population, the genetic diversity for at least one potential receptor disappears.  Everyone  in  the  population  now  becomes  potentially  susceptible to binding with the same infectious agent.Autoimmunity  and  the  opposing  condition,  metabolic  syndrome,  are well know adverse events caused by vaccines [14]. COVID-19 infections  are  associated  with  the  induction  of  autoantibodies  and  autoimmune  disease  [15,16]  making  it  more  than  plausible  a  vaccine  could  do  the  same.  One  author  has  found  amino  acid  sequences coded by the spike protein to be identical to sequences in  human  proteins  including  proteins  found  in  the  CNS  [17].  Autoimmunity  can  also  be  induced  by  epitope  spreading  when  a  foreign antigen, like the spike protein, is presented by an antigen presenting  cell  that  also  has  self  molecules  attached  to  its  MHC  molecules. Finally, others working in the field have published additional support that  COVID-19  vaccines  could  potentially  induce  prion  disease.  Authors [18] found prion related sequences in the COVID-19 spike protein which were not found in related coronaviruses. Others [19] have  reported  a  case  of  prion  disease,  Creutzfeldt-Jakob  disease,  initially occurring in a man with COVID-19.Many  have  raised  the  warning  that  the  current  epidemic  of  COVID-19 is actually the result of an bioweapons attack released in  part  by  individuals  in  the  United  States  government  [10,11].  Such a theory is not far fetched given that the 2001 anthrax attack in the US originated at Fort Detrick, a US army bioweapon facility. Because  the  FBI's  anthrax  investigation  was  closed  against  the  advice of the lead FBI agent in the case, there are likely conspirators still working in the US government. In such a scenario the primary focus  of  stopping  a  bioweapons  attack  must  be  to  apprehend  the  conspirators or the attacks will never cease. Approving a vaccine, utilizing  novel  RNA  technology  without  extensive  testing  is  extremely dangerous. The vaccine could be a bioweapon and even more dangerous than the original infection.

Another medical journal article on Prion Disease and mRNA "vaccines"

https://ijvtpr.com/index.php/IJVTPR/article/view/23/34

International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice and Research, authors Dr. Stephanie Seneff (MIT) and Dr.  Greg Nigh discuss a variety of problems presented by the mRNA vaccines.  Their peer reviewed article, which is titled "Worse Than the Disease? Reviewing Some Possible Unintended Consequences of the mRNA Vaccines Against Covid-19" also supports Dr. Classen's concerns, stating that "When considering that the SARS CoV2 spike protein is a transmembrane protein, and that it contains five GxxxG motifs in its sequence (see uniprot.org/uniprot/P0DTC2), it becomes extremely plausible that it could behave as a prion."

The authors go on to note "...that the mRNA vaccines are designed with an altered sequence that replaces two adjacent amino acids in the fusion domain with a pair of prolines. This is done intentionally in order to force the protein to remain in its open state and make it harder for  it to fuse  with the membrane. This seems to us like a dangerous step towards misfolding potentially leading to prion disease."

The article also addresses concerns about vaccine "shedding," and provides scientific validation for concerns that vaccinated can potentially infect unvaccinated with prion disease. The article states that "There has been considerable chatter on the Internet about the possibility of vaccinated people  causing disease in unvaccinated people in close proximity. While this may seem hard to believe, there is a plausible process by which it could occur through the release of exosomes from dendritic cells in the spleen containing misfolded spike proteins, in complex with other prion reconformed proteins."

Finding a paper on a subject is increasingly meaningless, given the incentivites to publish, no matter the quality.

As for the source, J. Bart Classen has little credibility on this.

The "study" was published by a less stellar journal, and that everybody else in the field founds grave errors with the claims.

So, just because something makes the round on Facebook and other such things, it doesn't mean it is credible at all any more than those people microwaving their iPhones.

These "papers" are making claims that if true would be very, very evident and have some supporting data.

Just think about it logically: if someone such as a new prion disease were even remotely considered possible, do you think so many corporations, investors, politicians, and governments would push the vaccine on the population, and pretend to get it for themselves? That is killing their own base! That is where they get their power and their money. It is what drives them. Avoiding major gaffes that would be impossible to hide (ie, killing people with a widely distributed vaccine given to millions of people) is one thing we can count on them avoiding.

Insanis

Since I was already unjustly personally attacked for not immediately embracing whatever claim is made on the Internet, I would like to also point out that journal articles are not credible.

They need significant review and time and that is even in the best of journals. Some will publish whatever they get paid to publish. Others will focus on promoting things for marketing. Others make mistakes.

Look at the Sokal Affair. Finding studies is easy: someone could respond to a single study with an extraordinary claim with thousands of counter claims. Would that be effective in convincing one that there might be more to the issue?

If something circulates on Facebook and other such platforms, it is usually because it is readily and easily promoted by idiots which make it seems more credible than it is, until it falls on the lap of someone who falls for it, not understanding how scientific journals actually work.

And even good studies must be considered in full. If one doesn't understand all that is in it, it is impossible to say it is good. And any falsehood or error will discredit it.

Studies and articles are not as useful as they appear to be: there is more to them than the title and the abstract and summary.

And even if everything in a study is accurate, it may still be meaningless for reasons which are even more complex.

In short, ignore journals and studies unless you have a level of expertise in the subject so you can identify hogwash, rather than just finding claims you think are alarming.

EDIT: If you think my characterization of people who take part on certain platforms are less than intellectual, it is far nicer than what Zuckerberg says about people who use Facebook (which he is in charge of and started). They know what they are doing, but their "users" often don't. I am also not saying everybody is getting these links from Facebook, only this is where they get spread around and picked up by other sources, including video makers, bloggers, and those wanting to push a narrative, and random forum users as well. It all gets incubated on those godless platforms.

Some people dismiss the Dr. Day report, the Deagel report, the Protocols and the Georgia Guidestones without even examining the evidence. Then we have the mass murders of the French Revolution, the Nazis, the Turkish extermination of Armenians, the English extermination of Catholic Irish, and all Communist revolutions.

Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

Abstract

Public tolerance to adverse reactions is minimal. Several reporting systems have been established to monitor adverse events following immunization. The present review summarizes data on neurologic complications following vaccination, and provides evidence that indicates whether they were directly associated with the vaccines. These complications include autism (measles vaccine), multiple sclerosis (hepatitis B vaccine), meningoencephalitis (Japanese encephalitis vaccine), Guillain-Barré syndrome and giant cell arteritis (influenza vaccine), and reactions after exposure to animal rabies vaccine. Seizures and hypotonic/hyporesponsive episodes following pertussis vaccination and potential risks associated with varicella vaccination, as well as vaccine-associated paralytic poliomyelitis following oral poliovirus vaccination, are also described. In addition, claims that complications are caused by adjuvants, preservatives and contaminants [i.e. macrophagic myofasciitis (aluminium), neurotoxicity (thimerosal), and new variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (bovine-derived materials)] are discussed.

Be sure that the claims at least pass a basic sanity test and don't contradict observed reality.

Don't get a vaccine if you don't want, and there is no medical compelling reason to get it unless you specifically want to be immune to this virus (some demographics might find it a compelling reason). It isn't FDA approved so by the time it gets FDA approval, when the government would have a chance of mandating it, everybody who was vaccinated would be dead if the claims were true.

We know the pandemic has been overblown, the facts are obscured by marketing, powers that be are inconsistent with their claims, and many things are being done using the virus as an excuse, but to jump to fantastic conclusions just indicates gullibility.

The major questions the government and medical industry is asking about the vaccines are: how long are the effective and whether they'd be effective against expected variants.

They are looking at details that indicate that the vaccines are far less powerful and potent than they want them to be. If there is a question to be answered, it is on the side are the vaccines even useful long term in fulfilling their intended results?

In short, the vaccines and the virus are most likely not as powerful as they thought they'd be. The virus isn't as deadly as they originally feared, and the vaccines might not confer immunity to the virus for the hoped duration.

Just look at the J&J vaccine, which immediately got suspended for review when it was suspected it might cause a tiny number of complications.

Do you really think speculative poorly written and researched claims of impending doom reflect reality? If these vaccines are even remotely attached to any serious medical condition, they'll suspend them. It would be an epic disaster for the government and the medical industry behind the vaccines and a financial disaster for all the investors if these vaccines turned out to be dangerous.

And at the end of the day, they are already injected into millions of people. I don't know the latest numbers, but about half of my state has had it (maybe more now). You cannot un-inject someone, so sit back and wait and see: is there going to be a mass health crises beyond our wildest fears?

Science Journals Support Claim that Pfizer Covid Vaccine May Cause Deadly Neurodegenerative Disease
May 15, 2021 by Janet Phelan

A recent article published in the scientific journal Microbiology and Infectious Diseases makes the claim that the mRNA Pfizer Covid vaccine may contain prions which cause deadly neurodegenerative disease, sometimes called "Creutzfeldt-Jakob" or  "Mad Cow" disease. The article, titled "COVID-19 RNA Based Vaccines and the Risk of Prion Disease," was published in January of 2021 and has been studiously ignored by major media, which has focused its efforts on encouraging individuals to take the jab.

The paper was authored by J. Bart Classen, MD and analyzed the Pfizer mRNA vaccine, stating that:

The RNA sequence of the vaccine as well as the spike protein target interaction were analyzed for the potential to convert intracellular RNA binding proteins TAR DNA binding protein (TDP-43) and Fused in Sarcoma (FUS) into their pathologic prion conformations. The results indicate that the vaccine RNA has specific sequences that may induce TDP-43 and FUS to fold into their pathologic prion confirmations.

The paper goes on to state that "The folding of TDP-43 and FUS into their pathologic prion confirmations is known to cause ALS, front temporal lobar degeneration, Alzheimer's disease and other neurological degenerative diseases."

In other words, the Pfizer mRNA vaccine may have the  capability of turning brains to mush.

Far from prompting any pause or calls for re-evaluation of the Pfizer vaccine, the media has largely ignored the paper. A few of the more notorious "fact check" websites have pronounced that the conclusions of this study are false.

According to USA Today, which appears to be possibly the only national mainstream media to have covered this article, "Contrary to Classen's claim, there is no evidence to suggest the COVID-19 vaccines can cause prion diseases or other neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's."

USA Today cites as their source for this the fact that the FDA did not mention prion disease as an effect of the vaccine. USA Today also mentions that the CDC's VAERS website does not mention prion disease as resulting from the Pfizer vaccine. However, as prion disease takes years to develop, it is hardly likely that the VAERS website would contain this information. The article goes on to trash the journal in which the article appeared, quoting a Dr. Angela Rassmussen with Georgetown University as stating that it is "not a reputable or reliable journal."

The article charges that "Microbiology & Infectious Diseases is an open-access journal published by SciVision Publishers, a potential predatory publisher intended for profit rather than academic peer-review." In fact, SciVision Publishers makes its content freely available without charge, while charging the authors a publication fee.

There are other statements intending to "slur the messenger" by the fact check sites. PolitiFact stated that Classen speculates on his website that the coronavirus pandemic "is actually a bioweapon attack and may be linked to the U.S. anthrax attack of 2001."

PolitiFact states that "He also included that claim — which PolitiFact has repeatedly debunked — in the body of his research article."

PolitiFact has gotten this wrong. There is a clear nexus with the attacks of September 11 and a bioweapons agenda. This nexus manifested itself in a number of ways. For one, the infamous Patriot Act, passed in the wake of 9/11, contains a little discussed section, enumerated as 817, The Expansion of the Biological Weapons Statute, which gives the US government immunity from violating its own bioweapons laws. This nexus between the events of September 2001 and a bioweapons agenda is discussed extensively in my upcoming book At the Breaking Point of History: How Decades of US Duplicity Enabled the Pandemic.

Apart from the propagandistic slur above, PolitiFact also charges that Classen provides no evidence of a relationship between the Pfizer vaccine and prion disease, stating "All he includes is a three-sentence methods section summarizing an unspecified analysis of the coronavirus vaccine."

However, in an article in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice and Research, authors Dr.

In pursuit of obtaining informed scientific responses to Dr. Classen's article, this reporter contacted numerous scientists working in neurology and specifically researching prions, including several cited by Classen in the footnotes to his article. No input whatsoever was received from Dr. Aaron Gitler, Dr. Oliver King, Dr. Katannya Kapeli or others contacted for their response. The FDA was also contacted for comment and did not reply.

A recent article revealed that a neurodegenerative  disease resembling "Mad Cow" disease seems to have popped up in New Brunswick, Canada, and states that "In a March 5 memo to organizations representing New Brunswick's doctors, nurses and pharmacists, deputy chief medical officer of health Dr. Cristin Muecke said her office is investigating a cluster of cases of "a progressive neurological syndrome of unknown etiology," or origin. The cases have "many similarities to Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease," she said, but testing has so far ruled out known prion diseases."

Janet Phelan has been on the trail of the biological weapons agenda since the new millennium. Her book on the pandemic, At the Breaking Point of History: How Decades of US Duplicity Enabled the Pandemic, will be published in 2021 by Trine Day.
