Severe restrictions on the TLM in Arlington

It looks like the Diocese of Arlington won't be much of a safe haven for those in DC looking for a refuge:

St. Athanasius Church is in that area, with 3 Masses on Sunday.  Strangely, the Lutherans have a church in the same area with the same name, so you have to be careful to get the right address.
