Very good piece of journalism.  A very Americanised Russian (must have spent a lot of time in the USA) turns up at a military recruiting office in Moscow.

That was mega.  I particularly liked the wedding near the end and the panicked woman who ran.

Some bloke from Lincolnshire cycled the entire coastline of Britain last summer and recorded the whole adventure.
I really enjoyed this. The west of Scotland was my favourite.

I'm glad to hear they're rebuilding the spire exactly as it was. I had heard that there had been an open discussion around new designs, and hadn't been sure what the final decision had been.

Not youtube, but I'm watching Carnation, a Japanese drama series about the life of a fashion designer before and during WWII. I've finally found it available for download.

I am not really a fan of all the superhero films, and the increasing woke elements of it, but I absolutely loved this film. It's a bit dated now though I guess.

Joker is a 2019 American psychological thriller film directed by Todd Phillips, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Scott Silver. The film, based on DC Comics characters, stars Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker and serves as a standalone origin story for the character. Set in 1981, it follows Arthur Fleck, a failed clown and aspiring stand-up comic whose descent into mental illness and nihilism inspires a violent countercultural revolution against the prosperous in a decaying Gotham City.
