I'm looking for an authentic German suited deck of cards (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German-suited_playing_cards) and I found this one.  Its labeled as Tarot, but one of the reviews said its an authentic Sheepshead deck- which is also what I'm looking for.  I'm assuming its just a deck of cards, nothing intrinsically evil or superstitious about it, just that people who do tarot would happen to use this as well?

So I finally got the cards in the mail, and looks like I had some confusion in translation.  As the the link shows, "Tarock" is actually an old Bavarian card game, and the cards do have the blue and white checkered field of the Bavarian coat of arms on the back.  Apparently, in the 16th century, Tarot was a generic name for cards in general, and the cards were used interchangeably for games or divination, and later on the game Tarock took root in Bavaria due to the cards having this name.

They don't seem to be Tarot cards to me.

When I initially looked up the translation of "tarock" I immediately found "tarot," which at face value is correct, but when I got the cards I realized they were actually listing what games the deck was for, triggering my research as above.
