Watched the first episode of The OA. At one point it suddenly portrayed graphic sex. Come to find out they were supposed to be high school students. Even though the actors may be of legal age, I'm pretty sure to portray them as underage fits the definition of kiddie-porn.
The other problem I had was most of the protagonists were high schoolers. I always find myself wanting to slap them. Too bad because the show was kind of intriguing.

Binge watched the first 4 episodes of Breaking Bad Season 1 last night.  I really enjoyed it.

Merely following my philosophy of trailing edge TV (along with trailing edge technology).

Trailing Edge - allowing the passage of time to determine if something is any good and then buying it.  This has the advantage that you benefit from all the best stuff and that the price is a lot less.

I am watching Narcos on Netflix.

Very good so far and no faggots in the storyline.

Trouble is, I am beginning to like Pablo Escobar.

Watched some bletchley park or whatever it was on Netflix.  Team of four bletchley park women from the war solve crimes and stuff.

Makes for interesting fiction.  Similar to a post war Sherlock Holmes, really.

I saw you listed as the most recent poster in this thread, and I got really excited, thinking that you were watching the new season of Sherlock over there.  :(

I'm a trailing edge kind of person too.
In conclusion, I can leave you with no better advice than that given after every sermon by Msgr Vincent Giammarino, who was pastor of St Michael's Church in Atlantic City in the 1950s:

"My dear good people: Do what you have to do, When you're supposed to do it, The best way you can do it,   For the Love of God. Amen"

I watched it here on PBS. It was okay. The recent episodes have abandoned the concept of a logical plot for the sake of atmosphere and frenetics.

That was my take on last season.  If is continuing like that, it probably is not even worth watching.  The whole thing has become a big in-joke for fans.

Before that I watched the recent TV adaptation of "And Then There Were None," which was also big on atmosphere, but they did it in service to the story and not the other way around.

It's really annoying that I can't remember the plot of that story from the title alone.  But if I grab the book and start reading it, I'll instantly remember the whole thing so it's not like I can reread it as if it were a new story.

The thing is, my mind seems to recall the Six Napoleons as being a Father Brown mystery and not a Sherlock one.

 I've never read the Father Brown stories. Planning to, though. :)

I liked it. :) I'll enjoy watching it over and over (and over and over), picking out all of the little details, like nutmeats. :)

I haven't seen the new Sherlock shows but I have watched quite a few of the ones Jeremy Brett starred in.
