NukeMap
« on: December 27, 2012, 03:55:46 AM »
http://www.nuclearsecrecy.com/nukemap/

This is a map overlaying different blast radii for different nuclear weapons.

It's a little fun to see.  Also puts into perspective the different nuclear weapons different countries have and what the effects would be after detonation.

Anyone have a clue what the TMI incident a few decades ago would translate to in... bomb?  If anything?

Now if it could only calculate fall-out effect radius.
The world is charged with the grandeur of God.
    It will flame out, like shining from shook foil;
    It gathers to a greatness, like the ooze of oil
Crushed. Why do men then now not reck his rod?
Generations have trod, have trod, have trod;
    And all is seared with trade; bleared, smeared with toil;
    And wears man's smudge and shares man's smell: the soil
Is bare now, nor can foot feel, being shod.

And for all this, nature is never spent;
    There lives the dearest freshness deep down things;
And though the last lights off the black West went
    Oh, morning, at the brown brink eastward, springs —
Because the Holy Ghost over the bent
    World broods with warm breast and with ah! bright wings.

Interesting in that creator did not include weaponry in Israel's arsenal.

Don't they "officially" have no nuclear weapons?

hahahahahaha

That's right. I think I will refrain from making geopolitical posts here. I don't know enough.

I played with this for longer than I should have.

If you ask the jews whether Israel has nukes, they will deny them.
But if you criticize Israel's possession of Nukes, they will defend Israel's right to have its nukes.
You just have to ask the right questions
