One article from 2015 indicated that 11 were left off due to statue of limitations expiring. That is half truth.
If a Priest is innocent and the Judge saying since outside stat. of limitations, etc... their names are blackened by this
and any wise person would counter sue just to clear their name.  In 2015 the Media airbrushed it saying they are
only released because it is outside the stat. of limit. thereby insinuating that they are guilty. By 2017 they were
