£45,000 GBP basic salary which is around $65,000 USD

After tax and NI you tax home around £33.500.

Selling cloud and other development services to the risk departments of banks.  SaaS based system, with a licence of £100,000 or $150,000.  Commission on sales is 15% which is very high, compared to the 4-6 percent average.  You could reasonably sell 4 licences in your first year and therefore double your salary.

Suit junior sales, entry level around 22-30 years old.  Probably wouldn't sponsor an non-EU Citizen with a work-visa

Degree not necessary.  Directors are barrow boys and probably don't have degrees themselves.  Does not hurt if you have one.

Need to be quick learner, turn up in office 5 days a week and prospect for new sales.  Selling to banks mostly in the City of London.  Not the big boys but the middle and small tier.  Some travel required, but only Germany, Scandi and Benelux, perhaps Switzerland.  They are a small firm so will be stretched to cover more than 2 hours flying time in terms of sales for first 2 years.
