Are there any Catholic Fashion Designers that embrace Tradition?

Someone posted a link to a website in France I think...it was very recent.  If I find it I'll post the link.

Just practice modesty. For some countries, the quick rule of thumb is at least work clothes and uniforms.

I do this, but this doesn't answer my question.  I was just asking if you knew of any Catholic Fashion Designers who embrace Tradition and their work.  Do you know of any?

Isn't there a chick section on this forum?

I find this very triggering.
"But he that doth not believe, is already judged: because he believeth not in the name of the only begotten Son of God (Jn 3:18)."

"All sorrow leads to the foot of the Cross.  Weep for your sins."

"Although He should kill me, I will trust in Him"

Not that I know of. Just practice modesty. It's not that hard. You don't need to imitate the Amish or or the Menonites. I shop from many different sources but I don't buy mini skirts, sheer tops, plunging necklines, slitted skirts or leggings.

Is this question about practicing modesty, or about the existence of traditional Catholic fashion designers?

With regard to the latter:

My first guess was yes, there probably are some traditional Catholic fashion designers out there. Because there are plenty of traditional Catholic designers of other things (e.g. photographers, graphic designers, web designers, layout, video, etc.), so why not fashion?

But on second thought, I can certainly see why there may be an absence of traditional Catholics among the fashion industry: fashion isn't something that trad men are particularly drawn to. So very few (if any) trad men would pursue fashion as a career. And as for the trad women, they generally get married and raise children rather than pursuing a career.

In conclusion, I can leave you with no better advice than that given after every sermon by Msgr Vincent Giammarino, who was pastor of St Michael's Church in Atlantic City in the 1950s:

"My dear good people: Do what you have to do, When you're supposed to do it, The best way you can do it,   For the Love of God. Amen"

Thats the one.  Thanks Lynne, I couldn't remember where I saw it or what name to search under.

I have a couple of trad friends who design or tailor men's suits. Sure.

It would be difficult to find a trad designer of runway fashion, but I suppose there might be one or two somewhere in Italy or something. Especially if they come from old money.

There are some given here, but I don't think it's what you have in mind:

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/05/09/t-magazine/fashion/catholic-designers-palomo-spain-dilara-findikoglu-vaquera.html

Given that, you're probably better off looking at books and articles about modesty. Here are guides some with several links to blogs and books:

https://tradcatfem.com/2017/06/21/summer-heatwave-keep-cool-and-stay-modest/

The gist is that clothes that are loose-fitting and cover enough of the body without making the wearer uncomfortable due to weather conditions can be found in various stores.

Some of the advice is actually similar to guides for work clothes:

Thank you for this.  That blue dress is very pretty.  I think this is what I may be looking for.

These aren't what I had in mind, but the New York Times article was somewhat close to what I was looking for(however one designer was a Muslim and I'm not sure if the other designers are traditional Catholics though) and the other two were still informative.

The Italian Gemelli Rosary Collection video ads would be a place to start.  Super elegant; they would know.
