Does anybody know a good place to get Gregorian Chant sheet music online?

I don't own a hymnal. I know a couple places online that have the Gregorian notation for the Mass Ordinaries and for some really popular hymns (Salve Regina, Te Deum, Ave Maris Stella, etc.), but when I run across lesser known hymns in the Office that I'd like to know how to sing I have trouble finding them.

Are there any more extensive resources for Gregorian Chant sheet music online? Or am I better off just buying a hymnal?

Have you been to Corpus Christi Watershed? They have the standards, but there is a scanned collection of old works, as well. It's been really helpful to me in the past as a chant resource.

I'll also add that if you're even semi-serious about chant, getting your own Liber Usualis is an investment you'll never regret.
Here's one for $55 (including shipping) on eBay.

And finally, this is an INCREDIBLY useful website. Allows you to create pdf files of entire Mass arrangements, psalm tones, etc.
Check out some of the options under "Ad Libitum" and see if they have some of the antiphons and hymns you're looking for.

Gregobase is one, yes.  Also, this, which I tend to go to first because of the options:  just sheet music, just audio, both on the same page, or translation.
