At long last: production to begin on the sequel to The Passion

Mel Gibson will begin production of the sequel to The Passion in mid 2023. It's going to entail the harrowing of hell, evidently.

I wish Mel would include the Ascension in this movie. That has been virtually non existent in most films or mini series about the life of Christ and with modern day special effects he could work wonders.
