QuoteWhat brings you to SD? I want to keep in touch with old time friends and acquaintances from Fish Eaters. Are you a member of other Internet fora? I used to be an active member of Fish Eaters, since 2007 to be more precise. Currently I'm banned, although I'm in very good terms with Vox Clamantis so I do not come here as a disgruntled exile. I'm also the owner of the Society for Christian Orthodoxy, an ecumenical platform for conservative-minded Christians that hasn't lived up to my lofty and perhaps rather ingenuous expectations. Why did you choose your username and avatar? Well, Evangelium Gratiæ translates as "the gospel of grace" which is the core of the Christian faith. The term itself is taken from Acts 20:24, when Paul tells the clergy of the Ephesian church that he fears no afflictions, not even death, for the sake of the gospel. As for an avatar, I haven't had the time to choose one yet. What is your state in life? Pilgrim.Whereabouts do you live "in real life"? Isles of the Blest. Google it if you don't know where that is. Hint: Plutarch.Personality type? Hopeful fatalist.Favorite books? Besides Holy Writ, far too many to bother anyone with.Have any hobbies? Dilettanteism.Pet peeves: Naming pet peeves.Fun random fact about yourself: I argue with objects that refuse to obey me.
