Why is this heretic even allowed on this forum? I was quite pleased when he left FE. I thought I would never have to listen to his heresy spouting again. Then, I come to SD and have to listen to it all again! Give me a break. I thought this was a Catholic forum.

Can we give the whole "one poster says one thing out of line and the 150+ member forum ceases to be Catholic" schtick?

If you don't like this place, close the browser and don't come back. 

Also, there is no guarantee of the mods or myself dealing with anything you see as problematic if you don't use the "report a post" feature.  The staggering difference between "how many people whine about heresy on the forum" vs "how many people actually report posts" is astounding!  We can't read and investigate every freaking topic and post.

Yeah, i'd love to see western Christianity disappear and everyone become eastern Christians, but that's not reality.  Just as you'd love to see everyone convert to the tlm (come on, admit it.  You may sincerely respect eastern traditions and liturgy, but subjectively, don't you love the tlm so much that you see it as the best form of spirituality and wish everyone saw it the same way as you?).

I'm not trentcath and I can't speak for him, but as a Western Catholic I have no desire to see the East disappear.  It isn't my cultural heritage, of course, and I don't attend the Divine Liturgy on a regular basis -- but Eastern liturgy and art are beautiful and the Church would be worse off with out them.  The West has a lot to offer, too, though -- and other posters might be more receptive to you if you acknowleged that.  As it is, you sometimes come off as a bit bigoted against the West -- which is, of course, where most posters here are coming from.  Just food for thought in case you decide to come back.
