Libido Dominandi (e-book, audiobook) & Jewish Revolutionary Spirit (e-book, audiobook) by E. Michael Jones

The Catholic sermon Pornography, Freedom, and Social Destruction draws from E. Michael Jones's Libido Dominandi and Jewish Revolutionary Spirit to show how the CIA used psychological warfare by playing shows like Baywatch to destabilize the Middle East before invading. He also mentions how (Counterfeit) Israel broadcasted hardcore porn prime-time to create apathy in Palestinian resurgents.

I think I have listened to this sermon last year. I am not sure.

I don't think it's on LibriVox, but I did post the links to an amateur e-audiobook of it on Archive.org.

Yes, right before Archive.org locked my account (probably for violating their "terms of service" for some reason...).

Geremia,

Yesterday, when I was searching for traditional sermons on the 7 Capital Sins, I ran across one by Fr. Ripperger which refers to the document Libido Dominandi.  Very interesting, impactful sermon, and added many new things to my understanding.

Did you listen to

? (It's not by Fr. Ripperger, as it doesn't sound like him.)

No, I did not listen to that one because my attraction to traditional sermons at this point is personal, not social.  Nevertheless, the one I listened to by Fr. Ripperger has a ton of social material in it, and each thought could be expanded upon on its own.  That is relevant to the individual Catholic because we cannot avoid the social effects of Lust, such as what we see in popular culture not specifically "pornographic," but a culture which mirrors the effects of Lust upon judgment.

The traditional teaching on sin is that there really is no solitary sin in the sense of effect or harm upon others.  Also, there is the problem of the mass of people involved in lust and the acceptance of lust in general as a "norm" in society.  Really, his is a great sermon.

I may get to the one you recommended later, though, so thank you for that link.
