The best overview of the Soviet War effort in WWII I have seen and lots more.

Russian bodies were used to defeat Germany but if it wasn't for the US old Joe Stalin would have never gotten very close to Berlin.

About 44 minutes long but well worth the time. One factoid after another. Adolf had Joe on the ropes but the US came to Joe's rescue.

"By 1941 the Soviet Union had more tanks than the rest of the world combined." Old Joe Stalin was planning on expansion. Hitler got in the way. (8:00 min)

I might say that without Hitler old Joe could have conquered Europe during the 40's. That is an alternative time line that would be very interesting.
