Knights of the Immaculata

Does anyone here belong to the Knights of the Immaculata, as opposed to the original M.I.?  They certainly don't have a lot of info.

I'm guessing if it is, it's not too popular outside of SSPX circles.

Although, to be honest, I can't say I've ever heard of the original MI or the KI, outside of random Internet forum posts.

How does one establish a chapter?  Or whatever they might call smaller groups?  Is there a central listing of each group?
