Kindle problem re: family library sharing

Years ago, I enabled family sharing between my aunt and me, so we could read each other's kindle books. I later turned this off. Recently, I deregistered my aunt's old kindle, and re-registered it under my account, so I could try using it. After that, I deregistered it from my account and re-registered it to my aunt's account. Ever since then, my aunt has been seeing my books in her kindle app for ipad library. This is extremely annoying, and I can't figure out how to stop it. These are old books, that I have permanently deleted from my kindle account, so they shouldn't be showing up anywhere. And yet, there they are. Anybody have any idea how to fix this?
