Could someone who knows Italian improve this translation? The last two lines are particularly iffy and don't make perfect sense to me. If it makes any difference to the translation the poem is from the 17th Century.

Altri canti d'Amor, tenero arciero,
i dolci vezzi, e i sospirati baci;
narri gli sdegni e le bramate paci
quand'unisce due alme un sol pensiero.

==

Let others sing of Love, the tender archer,
of sweet caresses, and kisses coveted;
I tell of scorn, and of that long-sought peace
when two souls merge in one mind.
