Who has recourse to the Virgin Mary?

I know this story, that in Muslim lands, it is a crime to babtize the child of a Muslim.

This boy somehow got hold of the Rosary, learnt its prayers and prayed them, although he was never baptized.

When his father discovered this, took away his Rosary, destroyed it, and sold him to an evil muslim, twice as evil.

Now the boy is suffering endless punishments for this, but still believes that the Virgin Mary can save him.

Can she?

Does he have the recourse?

Somebody who is not a Catholic informed the boy, that unless he gets babtized, the Holy Spirit will not protect him either.

So now what are his options?

Even worse, the boy is no longer sinless (apart from original sin) because he agreed to be a prostitute for certain favors such as bigger portions of food and privileges of accompany household members when they go out of the house.

So, in summary, no babtism, plenty of sin, but a devout repetition of the Rosary daily.

What are his chances?  Will Jesus Christ even look in his direction?
