And had those democratic aspects mentioned in the article. That is why it is now a centralized democracy (since the Civil war) and authoritarianism.

The "Supreme Court" has demonstrated its effectiveness as a check positive for the ruling elite. Whether its original purpose was a sincere way of keeping the legislative process sincere really doesn't matter anymore because currently, with the exception of my man C. Thomas, it's totally fake and gay.

The Supreme Court appears to be a failure for the experiment.  However, the question is whether it would have worked if all Justices had been Traditional Catholic, and from the aristocracy.  And if the other Branches had been filled with only Traditional Catholic men of the aristocracy, would the SCOTUS have even been involved 90% of the cases?

You could ask if democracy would be ok if the country was Trad Catholic.  I answer no after observing history.  The French Terror happened in a predominantly Trad Catholic country.

"No" is the correct answer. Democracy cannot work, because it is contrary to God's natural law. There is a natural hierarchy in the world, beginning with God. Commoners cannot have an equal say in running the society any more than children can have an equal say in running the household. The result would be similar: just like children would vote to have cookies and ice cream for lunch every day, contrary to their long-term health, so commoners vote for the welfare state which is contrary to their long-term welfare. The result is communism. God loves us all, but he did not make us all equal. Most people are totally unfit to govern.

Monarchy is the only form of government that conforms to God's natural law and Christian ethics. This is how God gave government to His chosen people in the Old Testament, organized His Church, with Jesus Christ as its head, and the pope as His vicar on Earth, in the image of which all human society ought to be made.

Synodality is an attempt to democratize the Church. We see it failing miserably every day.

Democracy is how hell is ran, heaven is a monarchy.

This isn't correct.  He formed a nation with a federated government of 12 tribes, which were an aristocracy.  The central government was extremely weak and consisted of judges, and a temporary war leader when needed.

I think Monarchy is a good form of government, and far superior to democracy, however I like a federated aristocracy better.  Today the remaining Catholic Monarchies of Liechtenstein, Andorra, and Monaco are where I'd like to live if I were filthy rich.

We haven't kept it.

Sadly, true. As Benjamin Franklin (I won't go there) told the woman "A Republic madam, if you can keep it." (From memory so the words may not be exact.)

I think we all agree that a Catholic State would have, could have, should have been created.
However, we live in reality.

Please tell me which nation CURRENTLY is closest to being a Catholic State.

No nation today can rightly be called Catholic. The closest I'd say are Liechtenstein and Andorra, but even they are far from perfect.

Quotethe City cannot be built otherwise than as God has built it; society cannot be setup unless the Church lays the foundations and supervises the work; no, civilization is not something yet to be found, nor is the New City to be built on hazy notions; it has been in existence and still is: it is Christian civilization, it is the Catholic City. It has only to be set up and restored continually against the unremitting attacks of insane dreamers, rebels and miscreants. OMNIA INSTAURARE IN CHRISTO.

"My brothers, all of you, if you are condemned to see the triumph of evil, never applaud it. Never say to evil: you are good; to decadence: you are progess; to death: you are life. Sanctify yourselves in the times wherein God has placed you; bewail the evils and the disorders which God tolerates; oppose them with the energy of your works and your efforts, your life uncontaminated by error, free from being led astray, in such a way that having lived here below, united with the Spirit of the Lord, you will be admitted to be made but one with Him forever and ever: But he who is joined to the Lord is one in spirit."
