In her father's house in Nazareth (Lk. 1:26: "...the angel Gabriel was sent from God into a city of Galilee, called Nazareth").

Matt 1:18 shows that she was not living with St. Joseph, so she had to have been in Sts. Joachim & Anna's home:

According to tradition Mary was the only child, miraculously conceived in old age.  "Sister" and "brother" can refer to cousins in middle eastern culture, even to this day.
