More Than Just Enemies: Prince Eugene and the Ottoman Empire

A very interesting documentary about the complex relationship between the Hapsburg and Ottoman empires at the turn of the 18th century:

I recommend this one, it's entertaining and well done.

On the one hand, you can follow the life of Prince Eugene of Savoy, his estrangement from Louis XIV and his military achievements at the service of emperor Leopold in Vienna. On the other side, you can follow the ascent to power of Gülnu?, a Cretan girl brought to the Sultan's harem and who became the chief consort of Mehmed IV and mother to Mustafa II and Ahmed III.

Lots of action and intrigue and, from what I can tell, it's fairly accurate in historical terms.
DISPOSE OUR DAYS IN THY PEACE, AND COMMAND US TO BE DELIVERED FROM ETERNAL DAMNATION, AND TO BE NUMBERED IN THE FLOCK OF THINE ELECT.
