I think this game is pretty self explanitory. Answer the question and then leave another "would you rather" question. I'll start.

Would you rather run a mile or walk backwards for a mile?

Penelope

Run a mile. My coordination is very poor--too poor to walk backward for long.

Would you rather drive 100 miles each way to a TLM every Sunday or walk for an hour each way to a TLM all winter long?

I drive 3 hours one way most Sundays to a TLM, and at this point I must say i'd rather walk an hour. It'd save a lot of gas $$ and time.

Would you rather be 4 ft tall or 8 ft tall?

Penelope

Four, probably. I don't like heights.

Would you rather eat nothing but dry toast for a week or eat nothing but chocolate cake for a week?

Eliza

I would be so sick by the end of a whole week eating cake. I'm going to have to go with toast. I really like cake, though.

Would you rather live in a mansion or a shack?

Penelope

A mansion, as long as I didn't have to pay for it... and as long as it was a real mansion, an old house, not one of those new McMansion types. It'd be difficult to raise the huge trad family I hope to have in a shack.

Would you rather break a toe or break a tooth?

I would rather walk an hour (I have walked an hour and a half) to go to mass.

Would you rather pray fifteen decades of the rosary or make the stations of the cross?

Backwards. I am already going forwards in time.

Would you rather be tall and ugly or short and attractive?

MilesChristi

Short and Attractive (it wouldn't be much of a change 8))

Would you rather spend a year in the desert, or the jungle?
The world is charged with the grandeur of God.
    It will flame out, like shining from shook foil;
    It gathers to a greatness, like the ooze of oil
Crushed. Why do men then now not reck his rod?
Generations have trod, have trod, have trod;
    And all is seared with trade; bleared, smeared with toil;
    And wears man's smudge and shares man's smell: the soil
Is bare now, nor can foot feel, being shod.

And for all this, nature is never spent;
    There lives the dearest freshness deep down things;
And though the last lights off the black West went
    Oh, morning, at the brown brink eastward, springs —
Because the Holy Ghost over the bent
    World broods with warm breast and with ah! bright wings.

St. John the Apostle or St. Paul?

St Paul.

Would you rather be able to witness the birth of Christ or the Crucifixion?
'Since Moses was alone, by having been stripped as it were of the people's fear, he boldly approached the very darkness itself and entered the invisible things where he was no longer seen by those watching. After he entered the inner sanctuary of the divine mystical doctrine, there, while not being seen, he was in company with the Invisible. He teaches, I think, by the things he did that the one who is going to associate intimately with God must go beyond all that is visible and—lifting up his own mind, as to a mountaintop, to the invisible and incomprehensible—believe that the divine is there where the understanding does not reach.'
