Surmise a small contingent based on the various names in Ireland. They most likely came with the Miliesians or Minoians from Iberia (La Coruna, has a village called Atan).

Postulate that once both the Egyptian Coptics (Desert Fathers) converted to Christianity they immediately fled to isolated and sparsely populated places- deserts, mountains, caves, and so on.
So too did the Irish Celts, this thread pointed out that they went on missions to the Americas but lived in Caves (St. Conleth in Chiapas cave) and Cancun islands- St. Kenneth, etc...
