Has everyone been water fasting since October 10th, 2020  ;) Just kidding! LOL
Thanks for the thread & meal plan ideas, Fleur-de-Lys

It is Friday, November 13, 2020.
I am making sauteed mushrooms, spinach with onions. Maybe some cheese on top...
Steamed cauliflower, salmon with a salad. And of course some garlic French bread with butter. :D

I'm making Moroccan food - chicken and apricot tagine with rice pilaf and carrot salad.

Fleur-de-Lys, do you have to have the actual "tagine" cookware
for everything to taste authentic? The one that looks like a triangle. If so, which one do you recommend?
Thanks in advance!

I do not. I brazenly make my tagine in a Dutch oven. And I defy anyone to taste the difference!  :D

Great! Then, I can do the same. ;D

But they look cute  ;) So, I thought I had to have one, LOL!

Thank you so much, Fleur-de-Lys! :)

I'm making mushrooms tonight, too.  I have some baby portabellas leftover from last Friday's pizza night, so I'm using them in a creamy rosemary, mushroom sauce to go over spaghetti.

They are cute! I have to restrain myself from collecting cookware. I don't have the space for it, and I don't believe that most of these specialty items offer any real advantage.

Fleur, I have a feeling you may be able to help me out.... I bought some raw cassava flour to make farofa. But, when I made it, the texture was not right.  What did I do wrong?
