It's the pseudo-constitution because no date for the session was announced, but the supporters of the reform were summoned by name to the meeting on 3 May.

The "sessions of the Sejm (parliament)" and the "adopting of the constitution" took place in conditions of a coup d'état.

This pseudo-constitution was to introduce hereditary throne but limit the power of the king.

It is possible that it is so - it was supposed (this pseudo-constitution) to provide freemasonry, i.e. jews, with the succession to the throne (king Stanisław August Poniatowski was a freemason), and by the limit of the king's power, the system was to change in the direction of the pseudo-democracy (pseudo because it would not be a democracy anyway because jews would have a power, and a democracy is wrong (S. Thomas Aquinas "On Power"))


It all happened in 1791, the anti-french revolution in 1789, and the american revolution in 1776 (13 years before the anti-french revolution, 13 is a characteristic number)

The so-called "3 May constitution" is a disgrace (Targowica Confederation, on the contrary). The Primate of Poland and other Bishops were ardent supporters of the Targowica Confederation.

Please pay attention to the street names in the center of Rzeszów: of 3 May, of Kościuszko, of Pułaski, of Poniatowski, of Mickiewicz, of Piłsudski, of Jarosław Dąbrowski (outside the center, one of the main thoroughfares of the city).
