Just because it is funny.  Here's some texts released from CEO Holmes to her technology dude.  He definitely had game.

She was essentially a useless American wannabe college dropout slut, by the sound of those texts.

He was doing the major work and she was playing a part.

I guess he thought they could offload it to some idiot investors who would not do due-diligence and would be too embarrassed or legally unable to sue them for a complete return of the money.  Sort of like Hewlett Packard and Autonomy.

Why in the hell do these criminals send texts to each other documenting their crimes?

At least get a proprietary encrypted device and burn it every 6 months just to be on the safe side.
