  • One person who joined within the last three months, who accused me of being a narcissist and who said I had "many aliases", and that his "ignore list was getting lengthy" and it is all the "same person". Obviously, this is someone who was on this forum before, because at the time he joined, my account had been inactive for over a month and who ignores an inactive account? And any other account would be buried in the forum history. Either this is yet another person with a bizarre fixation on me
I lurked long before I joined. And one of the reasons I didn't join sooner is because of your incessant need for attention by spamming the entire board under multiple aliases and making the entire place all about you.

The only person here with a bizarre fixation on you is the guy in the mirror. You exhibit classic traits of a narcissistic personality. You must be the center of attention and crave validation, and are great at playing victim. I'm not sure why your periodic ruining of this board is tolerated.[/list]

Is there a rule against multiple accounts?

In fact there is:

2) We permit users to have only one account.

The account settings page on your profile menu has an option to change your username.

There is no rule prohibiting its use. If Kaesekopf didn't want us to use it he could disable it.

Question : why does an orthodox presentation on a Catholic topic that includes citations from Aquinas and scripture arouse such vile bitterness ?

@AlfredtheGreat, same question. Not this thread, but Joseph's threads on specific Catholic teachings. Help me understand why that would anger anyone on a Catholic forum.

St Alphonsus

"I will set my face against you, and you shall fall down before your enemies, and shall be made subject to them that hate you, you shall flee when no man pursueth you"
Leviticus 26:17

"Behold, O God our protector : and look upon the face of Thy Christ" (Ps. 79:20) Here is devotion to the face of Jesus Christ as prophesized by David."

It is evil suspicion to condemn or judge another on imagined or slight evidence.

I did not realize that one could change their username on their account.  Perhaps that is what is happening.  I think Kaese should disable it.  How is anyone to know who the poster really is if the name constantly changes? It's confusing at best and deceitful at worst.

As for your question, I have no issue with Catholic topics.  I take issue with that poster.  It doesn't matter to me what he posts about.  If you have no problem with him, then fine, but it seems to me that you think we should follow suit with your assessment. I've chosen to ignore him  You do what you want to do.  K?

Beware of the sin of Respect of Persons (ST II-II Q 63 A 1) and that which is against Charity.

I am finished with this thread. If one wishes a response from me, one should contact me personally. Forums should not be used for evil and there are better things than endless vain commentary.

Study wisdom, my son, and make my heart joyful, that thou mayst give an answer to him that reproacheth. (Proverbs 27:11)

My son, do thou nothing without counsel, and thou shalt not repent when thou hast done. (Ecclesiasticus 32:24)

You and I personally know each other. I've known you for over 10 years and consider you a friend.

I must simply say, that I have been hearing this type of talk from you for almost as long. Just the other day I read old posts under "Terror Dæmonium" where you said a lot of similar things that I see now:
-this place isn't Catholic
-it's scandalous
-it is full of vanity, idle talk, etc.
-your personal criticisms of the forum when you personally dislike some aspect of the forum.

As your friend I have to simply state, if you truly feel this way, then why have stuck around for so long? You would actually be mandated to follow His advice and pluck this proverbial bad eye out.

As I stated in one of your old threads on February 17, 2013:

QuoteIf anyone thinks this forum is a non-Catholic cesspool of sin, my suggestion is to get on. Leave
Put not your trust in princes, in sons of men in whom there is no salvation. When his breath departs he returns to his earth; on that very day his plans perish.

Fair enough but the fact that you have recognized him immediately when he changes his username and not his posting style shows he's not trying to act like a different member. He still posts in a recogniseable manner.

Anyhow down the road if I ever use the feature and change my username, I'd indicate that in my signature to let everyone know it's me.

And the changing ones username does not block access to their previous posts and so forth. So there is no way for someone to do it undetected.

I can't speak for Kaesekopf but if it was my forum I would leave it enabled to save the trouble of people bugging me with requests to change their username and having to do it for them.

I don't care one way or another though, as I don't plan to use the feature.

You wonder why people don't like you? You stand on your pulpit moralizing endlessly. Post after post of this.  You'd have made a good puritan
