My dear Servus, your talk of romance is lovely. I wish my heart felt so inclined. I am stuck in a more practical love. Do my duty well. Bear my burdens well. Sacrifice pleasures with a joyful heart and in my spare time, hopefully meditate on the Good Lord and all the blessings he has given me.  Pray like my life depends upon it and try hard to place my burdens in His hands. And leave them there. Do penance I deserve and ponder heavens promises which I do not deserve.

My bed keeps beckoning to me. I try to resist, but my bed is stronger than my will. What a bed I have  :-\ Don't even get me going on my pillow. They really are in cahoots to get me to conk out too early. Then, they both wake me up at 4 and that makes me a wee bit ornery. Quite a dilema. Am I the only one bullied by my bed?

Has anybody watched Shaun White win gold in snowboard halfpipe on his last run. I think the Japanese dude was better but it was very close.

Going to bed. Today not so good, although I managed to go to adoration and pray for you.  :)

Yep. Open. On my way to bed. Early appointment. Make yourself comfy. Turn lights off. Lock door behind you.

Turning in early. Late nights, due to insomnia, are sucking the energy, big time. Might have a wee little drink...or two, and go to bed. Hopefully tonight is my lucky nite and I won't be roaming the halls at 1:00.

I'll leave the light on and door open. Just don't leave a mess!  :)

Tired? Well I am. Gonna finish up my glass of sleep medicine and hit hay before it wears off! Being a bumpkin, I hit the hay. What do you city folks call it? I also saw logs and count sheep. Do city dwellers?

I myself would call it konking out if things end of happening that way. ;D I don't usually count sheep or see logs, but I might have weird dreams. Some are just too good to be true. Now that you mention medicine, that reminds me that I need to take some Nyquil sooner or later to safeguard from allergies.

Are you allergic to sleep too?  Oh, I hope not.  That can be miserable.  Poor guy!  Prayers for the Nyquil to work!   :pray3: :)

Try 2.5-5mg of melatonin an hour before projected bed time. Or, 50mg of diphenhydramine (Benadryl). Or, if you're like me, both.
