Washing your hands frequently and avoiding unnecessary contact with people is a basic way to avoid spreading germs.

My grandmother told me that someone read a notice at her NO parish that handshakes and communion on the tongue were done for the time being.

I'm glad I left the conciliar church.

With the exception of CITH, all the others should be done all the time anyway.  Seriously, do they really need to have a bullet that says "No holding hands during the Our Father"?  This is common sense and should never have been allowed in the first place.
