No. Secession is not sanctimonious nor effeminate. Claiming that "Those who have seen the truth and understand it well" must agree with yourself is sanctimonious. Moaning about how hopeless things are and then proposing an unrealistic solution without a clear understanding of the consequences that would follow it seems effeminate, as does the little word game you're playing in the post above. You knew what I meant.

Next time I'm looking for answers on how to secede, the last historical lesson worth considering is that of the Confederacy. Enacting a failed secession that gets yourself obliterated is not the same as seceding.

Panama is pretty much a Protectorate of the US.
You have to consider the consequences. Seceding just to say F-you is idiotic and a good way to get thrown in a gulag later down the road.
The only way a secession is possible is if you have the might to retain your independence. Otherwise, what's the point if you get taken over or are so heavily indebted and dependent that all you do is change one master for another?

What happens when you secede and then your neighboring state does too, but your neighboring state enacts mutual defense treaties and allows permission for the CCP to base their troops there, and then they false-flag themselves and take your state over??

Don't take for granted the fact we've never had a hostile and, or, contested, border with a peer, or near peer adversary. Secession opens up the door for this. Smart people keep massive oceans between themselves and their enemies, and do not invite their enemies to base themselves near by.

The irony here is that the people who want to secede are generally people who have been heavily damaged by the popular opinions that have been manifested here by Communism, and would come full circle and deliver themselves to the Communists believing they are opposing them.
