Virtue and Sin

Sin is an idea that is invoked in every Aryan religion and is the idea that there is a negative consequence for every thought and action that is outside the will of God. All of the false religions had been bastardized over the course of the ages, but being in such similarity with each other, must be derived from the one true religion, which is by Our Father through the Holy Spirit. As men set up idols, which were inhabited by demons, they were driven away from the truth by the deceit of those demons. (Romans 1:19-23)

If we look at any of these religions, we see both truth and lie. The Greeks held that one named Zeus Agetor (literally meaning God Almighty) was the one god above all, even over Zeus, and had created all things including man. The Zoroastrians believed that the one God would incarnate as man, who would be judge and lead us to eternal life through our virtue. The Hindus take that one suffers for his sins in the life hereafter. The Germanic heathenisms suggested that bravery was the key to eternal life and believed that a resurrection would occur at the end of days. The Buddhists speak that denial of self is the straight path to God.

In all these, we see God's truth, though it is purposefully misconstrued by the demons who spoke through their idols and commanded men to do evil. Bastardized as they are, we can still see themes which speak to the nature of truth which has been written into men's hearts. A battle rages within every man in which the requirement to do the will of God fights the desires of the body and mind. There are two forms of action in this: one which is derived from the soul, which is good, and one which is invented by the man, which by design, holds the inclination to do bad. Any who submit to the natural will of God and practice virtue, which is written into man's heart, pleases Him, regardless of the man's religious proclivity. However, the only path to eternal salvation is through our Lord Jesus Christ. Virtues practiced by any other will provide only temporary comfort within the carnal form and not bring absolute peace upon the entirety of the man.

The idea that virtue pleases God, regardless of the man who commits it, is an obvious one. A common question arises "why do bad people succeed?" It is because they have displayed some virtue (although I would argue that these apparently successful people are not successful but through vein perception), and have afforded to themselves God's grace. Usually these materialistically rich people practice extreme diligence, patience, and sometimes even chastity and temperance. Indeed, even if these powerful virtues are committed for the sake of sinful desire, then one can not help but to accomplish his goal. However, since they are done for the flesh, the Spirit becomes dilapidated. It is as if one were to go into battle wearing only a cuirass, or only a helmet, or wielding only a dagger. If the set is incomplete in any wise, danger and destruction must follow.

Therefore, if virtue satisfies the wicked man his appetite, then what reward does sin provide to the good man? In the same way that the wicked is risen up through his mislaid virtue, the righteous man is heavily degraded by his sin. The wicked man who forsakes his temperance for a night and spends more money than he would otherwise wakes up to suffering because of his loss. So too, the righteous man depletes his horde of spiritual treasure in surrendering his virtue and suffers great anguish because of it. The wicked man repents by consulting with his advisor and making new investments. The good man invokes his Lord, and repentance unto eternal life is granted to him.

Since both are equally rewarded and harmed by their actions, then what is the difference between the wicked man and the good man? The wicked man, who's repentance is material, is in constant fear for this material. Money can be taken, and no amount of it can ever absolutely fulfill the lusts of the envious and greedy. He compiles wealth, yet he knows that wealth can easily be removed from him. Therefore, it is always on his mind. It weighs upon him as a heavy yoke and ties him to the gold burdened cart of material oppression. It eats at him, and he is fearful. He will never let go of his desires. It is the wicked man's misplaced virtue that brings him to death and compels him to sin.

Yet, the good man, who's repentance is in our exceedingly merciful Lord, is not in fear but for sin. It is the fear of the consequence of sin which compels him to virtue, which satisfies and nourishes him. Any sin is too much for him to bear, where his virtue has fulfilled his existence. He is not yoked by his virtue, but rather set free because it is not completed in the desire for vein pursuits. It is the sin that the good man had committed and repented for which drives him, unburdened, on to everlasting life.

Thus is the natural way of the humanity and enshrined in every heart, both good and bad. Virtue brings death to the wicked, though the death comes from sin. Sin brings life to the righteous, because it is in the aversion to sin that virtue abounds. Sin is the perversion of virtue, the bastardization of the desire to meet human requirements of life. It is an invention of man's heart, which is provoked forth by ignorance and unfettered lust. The good will of God is evident in every man who has accomplished anything, both good and bad alike, because accomplishment is only achieved through virtue, yet it is virtue for the sake of sin which causes spiritual destruction.

OK. This sounds good, but questions arise as to whether or not this is true today where so many claim the right to abortion, to SS marriage, to transgenderism, and further with many justifying the use of atomic weapons in case of war.

These are all sins, which are perversions of humanity and hold a observable and overwhelming negative consequence to both the individual and the community they are a part of. To kill your own child is an abominable thing which must absolutely disrupt the soul's well being and brings emotional anguish to any who might be attached to the destroyed child. Abortion becomes desirable because of the bodily necessity of rest, in which case has been bastardized into blatant irresponsibility and fear. These people believe it is preferable to slaughter their spawn than be "burdened" by a child in their life, though through their temporary aversion to work, they scar themselves.

Homosexuality is a perversion of the human requirement to proliferate. Their desire for easy intercourse, coupled with an aversion to dealing with women, leads them to trade temporary pleasure for bodily ill-health and robs the men's parents of grandchildren.

In either case, these people seek to do what seems good to them. As they are not led by proper morals so they do not understand what is actually good versus what is bad; or what is virtue versus sin. They seek bodily convenience over prolonged well being. They have been misled by their own common misguidance, as the practitioners of the heathen religions were. They have attempted to redefine what is good and what is bad. In their perceived wisdom, they have become fools.

All people seek to do good. However, everything that people decide is good is not good. Only that which is defined as good by God is good and only there will those people find rewards, whereas in their bad, they will find destruction.

That is the question. I don't see any good in taking people at gunpoint, chaining them to the floor of a ship from Africa to the USA and using their women as sex slaves. How were the slavemasters seeking to do good as they beat and tortured innocent men, women and children.  Even today there is discussion about a terrible underground slave trade in children and we even see Catholic clergy involved in horrific crimes such as Satanic rituals with prostitutes.
I would like to believe that all people seek to do good, but is this belief confirmed or denied by real life examples?

Michael Wilson

The above on the slave trade: People did this for monetary gain, in order to obtain those things which they mistakenly though would make them happy. The same for the Heroin addict or alcoholic who seeks happiness in the drugs, but ultimately ruins their health and souls.
The perverted clergyman seeks happiness in sexual pleasure; only to find attached to this pleasure, guilt, remorse and shame.
"The World Must Conform to Our Lord and not He to it." Rev. Dennis Fahey CSSP

"My brothers, all of you, if you are condemned to see the triumph of evil, never applaud it. Never say to evil: you are good; to decadence: you are progess; to death: you are life. Sanctify yourselves in the times wherein God has placed you; bewail the evils and the disorders which God tolerates; oppose them with the energy of your works and your efforts, your life uncontaminated by error, free from being led astray, in such a way that having lived here below, united with the Spirit of the Lord, you will be admitted to be made but one with Him forever and ever: But he who is joined to the Lord is one in spirit." Cardinal Pie of Potiers
