The video image looks altered and the area in question looks pixelated.

I can't stand the man, and I think he's clearly unfit to be president. But we don't need altered videos to prove it.

He's really reaping the life of sin and corruption he's sown.  To make it all the way to the top only to be a demented poopy pants who gets led around like a baby and mocked.  God is just.
