Mine are "Ave Verum Corpus" and "Panis Angelicus." What about you?
My Lord and my God.

It's hard to choose a favorite. One of mine would be the Canticle of Creation.. A poem by St. Francis of Assai.

There is also the chant of Psalm 91.

The Curt Jester

Corde Natus Ex Parentis (Of the Father's Love Begotten)

This is my all-time favorite hymn.

The royal feast was done; the King
Sought some new sport to banish care,
And to his jester cried: "Sir Fool,
Kneel now, and make for us a prayer!"

The jester doffed his cap and bells,
And stood the mocking court before;
They could not see the bitter smile
Behind the painted grin he wore.

He bowed his head, and bent his knee
Upon the Monarch's silken stool;
His pleading voice arose: "O Lord,
Be merciful to me, a fool!"

It would take me quite some time to come up with a good list of my favorite chants, but here is just a few of favorites that come to mind right now:

Christus vincit! Christus regnat! Christus imperat!

Even after a long life of sin, if the Christian receives the Sacrament of the dying with the appropriate dispositions, he will go straight to heaven without having to go to purgatory. - Fr. M. Philipon; This sacrament prepares man for glory immediately, since it is given to those who are departing from this life. - St. Thomas Aquinas; It washes away the sins that remain to be atoned, and the vestiges of sin; it comforts and strengthens the soul of the sick person, arousing in him a great trust and confidence in the divine mercy. Thus strengthened, he bears the hardships and struggles of his illness more easily and resists the temptation of the devil and the heel of the deceiver more readily; and if it be advantageous to the welfare of his soul, he sometimes regains his bodily health. - Council of Trent

Ave Maria. I heard a version by Andre Bocelli a number of years ago, and it has stuck in my head ever since.
Nemo me inpune lacessit.

This thread will be my play list on election night. I refuse to watch the results coming in. Too stressful. Thank you all!
To have courage for whatever comes in life - everything lies in that.
