Ha ha, this is my first time seeing the honorific "O" in front of soba noodles.
My grandma spoke very formal Japanese.

That's really cool that this is your authentic experience learned from a genuine Japanese person. I thought it must be the case since I've never seen it written that way anywhere else, and you have a grandmother from Japan.

Japanese is the only language I've come across that changes depending on the gender of the person speaking it.

I understand that Korean is like that also, only more so. Everything is hierarchical. You even have to know the age of the person you are speaking with in order to know whether they are older or younger than you in order to know what grammar to use.

Students that learn Japanese in school in America sound like women when they go to Japan because they have been taught a very formal, polite style of Japanese. They have to look to manga or anime if they want to learn how men in Japan really speak. e.g. calling themselves "watakshi" instead of "boku" or "ore."

I'm sorry sir but that sounds absolutely terrible. 😆

Lol

Well, it's nutrient dense and eating that sort of stuff got me off a bunch of meds.

Today I cooked 1/4 lb of grass fed beef. Broke it up and threw it in a bowl of more brussels sprouts and broccoli.

I'd find it delicious, except I avoid all soy like the plague, and use lots of fresh garlic I grew myself.  I tried keto/carnivore to improve my health, namely diabetes and psoriasis, and my sugars improved but my psoriasis became worse, turns out I have a red meat allergy.  I'm eating g borderline vegan now, with eggs, fish, some poultry on occasion.  Very little dairy sadly, my wife can't tolerate I much either, her skin really cleared up after we removed it.  Anyway I'm loving it, the food I missed most on keto was a bowl of bean soup.  I'm just not a meat lover but love veggies; maybe my body was trying to tell me what to eat I just didn't listen.
Also it seems the best way for the body to heal itself, with all the antioxidants, vitamins, and micronutrients in veggies. I'm suspecting that an insulin I was taking most my life caused my sterility-it had growth hormone added (which would explain my misshapen jaw).  Not sure if the body can heal itself from that, but it's capable of amazing things, so it's worth a try.

The day my doctor mentioned insulin is the day I went on my health kick. Didn't want any part of that.

As far as red meat, I limit myself to 1 lb a month of it.

It does cause inflammation. At least in me it does.

Here is a doctor explaining why.

This is quackery.

Put someone on a diet of red meat, salt, and water, and then measure their hsCRP and homocysteine after a month.  I promise you both measures will be well below the national average.

I'm not disputing your experience, just saying that there was another cause.  Red meat is not "inflammatory", regardless of how much the climate loonies and the seventh day adventists want to believe it is.

But, it is. Aged beef (and all beef is aged to an extent) is extremely high in histamines.  And I believe the protein, could be the MAST cells too, or both, in red meat is a peculiar kind that in some people triggers an inflammatory, allergic response.  Even Galen, the physician to gladiators, warned about the dangers of too much red meat.

When I figured out how to dose my insulin on a pure carnivore diet, I mostly ate ground beef for two weeks.  My blood sugars showed improvement, but my psoriasis flared up the worse I had it in years.  I only discovered it was red meat when I went off the diet a few days, noticed the rashes cleared up, and figured out what I did differently.

This is true, but whether histamines trigger a histamine response is dependent on the subject.

I'm just saying we can't claim it to be "inflammatory" without further qualifying the statement.  And a histamine response is very different from the super-specific claims that doctor was making about Neu5Gc.  (Neu5Gc is basically a popsci meme right now...)

I heard red meat allergy can be a symptom of Lyme disease (tick-bourne).

That's alpha-gal syndrome, not Lyme.  It is tick-borne, though:
