The situation is not so dire. I happen to know that right now Spain has no entry requirement, and interestingly, some other European countries have no requirement if you enter from Spain, so...

The situation is not so dire. I happen to know that right now Spain has no entry requirement, and interestingly, some other European countries have no requirement if you enter from Spain, so...

Vehement anti-vax rocker Eric Clapton has just dropped what appears to be a

musical rant against pandemic restrictions and vaccines..

The animated music video for the legendary guitarist's apparent

anti-vax anthem "This Has Gotta Stop"

If you ever visit England one of my favourite old buildings (discovered fairly recently) is Salisbury Cathedral.  It is protestant now but the building itself seems like it has not changed.  What I particularly liked was that the the cloister was in very good condition.  You can almost imagine lines of monks parading around it in former times (before the asteroid hit!).  It also has a copy of the Magna Carta (named after a former US president </sarcasm>).

The place where I live has a monastery, but it's just a ruin (although it used to be one of the largest monasteries in England. They found the hand of St. James buried in the foundations in 1786.

I love old Cathedrals, Churches, Monasteries, etc.
And the UK must be filled with them. Just imagine if the asteroid had not hit.
Imagine if Henry VIII had behaved differently. The implications of that would have been glorious!
We would have more Catholic countries.
I pray that I can travel to England, Ireland, etc. in the near future before things get really crazy.
I am really looking forward to visiting all of these beautiful Churches, Monasteries, etc.
