This is quackery.

Put someone on a diet of red meat, salt, and water, and then measure their hsCRP and homocysteine after a month.  I promise you both measures will be well below the national average.

I'm not disputing your experience, just saying that there was another cause.  Red meat is not "inflammatory", regardless of how much the climate loonies and the seventh day adventists want to believe it is.

Well, I made drastic changes in my diet. So who knows.

Made a delicious "Sunday" gravy yesterday, with ground beef and sausage. Definitely was good, though I didn't have enough bread to make my patented garlic bread.

Not dinner but dessert: a banana, PB, and date smoothie "ice cream."

2 or 3 bananas - old soft ones work best.
1/2 cup PB
6 or 8 dried dates
1/4 cup maple syrup
dash of vanilla and generous dash of cinnamon
1 egg

Put in the blender, and add milk to the quart line.  Blend just like a smoothie, and throw it in the ice cream maker for 20 minutes.  Delicious.
